With 25 years in residential construction, Abraham Asencio has built his career on solid fundamentals, starting in framing and expanding into full-scale home building. He enjoys tackling challenges, refining plans, and bringing ideas to life through thoughtful execution and quality craftsmanship.

Sandra started her journey in business, financing, focused specifially on government.
Abraham and Sandra, started Asencio Built Construction together in 2016 and have loved growing it as a family.
Our family has grown to three girls and a life full of excitment, busyness and organized chaos.

Ryan
Ryan Raymond has spent most of his life working in and around homes—building, renovating, and understanding what makes them last.
As part of Asencio Built Construction, Ryan works closely with homeowners and clients to create spaces that feel solid, comfortable, and thoughtfully built. He believes the best projects start with listening—discovering people’s vision, what matters most to them, and how their home can better support their daily life.
With decades of experience in residential construction and inspection, Ryan brings a calm, practical approach to every project. He values honest conversations, well-made details, and solutions that hold up long after the tools are put away.
